Graduate Learning Outcomes

Graduate Learning Outcomes are the competencies that must be possessed according to the graduate profile.
These learning outcomes must refer to the Indonesian Qualification Framework (KKNI) and the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) as per the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 53 of 2023.

MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION STUDY PROGRAM

GRADUATE LEARNING OUTCOMES
CPL 1 Mastery of science and technology in the field of Public Administration, research methods, and policy, through inter- and multi-disciplinary approaches based on religious, moral, and ethical values.
CPL 2 Ability to develop knowledge of Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Organizations, Public Management, and Business Processes in the Public Sector by internalizing academic values, norms, and ethics.
CPL 3 Mastery of theory and practice in public policy analysis using decision-making techniques aimed at enhancing the quality of societal, national, and state life, and civilizational progress based on Pancasila.
CPL 4 Ability to develop strategies for administrative reform and public sector innovation while demonstrating responsibility for work in their field of expertise independently.
CPL 5 Mastery of methods and instruments in public governance perspectives by internalizing professionalism and integrity.
CPL 6 Ability to conduct research in the field of Public Administration following scientific principles through cooperation, and possessing social sensitivity and concern for society and the environment.
CPL 7 Ability to provide evidence-based problem-solving recommendations using scientific methods while respecting cultural diversity, views, religions, beliefs, and the original opinions or findings of others.
CPL 8 Ability to solve public organization problems through inter- and/or multi-disciplinary approaches by internalizing academic values, norms, and ethics.
CPL 9 Ability to formulate digital technology application-based innovation strategies in public services responsibly and based on academic ethics, and communicate them through media to academic society and the wider public.
CPL 10 Ability to manage, develop, and maintain networking with colleagues, peers within institutions, and broader research communities.
